How To Enter: To enter, union members log on to www.pro-unionsweb.com
and follow the links and instructions for entry. Participants must fill out the required fields on the Holiday Cash Giveaway entry page form to be entered into a random drawing ("Eligible Entry" or "Eligible Entries"). Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms will be considered ineligible and void. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than five online entry for a given day, only the first five online entries for that day will be accepted. Limit five entries per person per day during the Promotion Period. Drawing: The Cash Prize Winners will be chosen at random from among all of the Eligible Entries received. Pro-unions Web will conduct a drawing on December 24, 2013 at 12 Noon Pacific Time. A representative of Pro-unions Web will contact potential Cash Winners by e-mail. Prizes must be claimed within 15 days of drawing date. The Cash Prize Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of Pro-Unions Web and it's sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the Cash Prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Cash Prize; and where permitted, a promotional release granting the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
